Sobre mí

Mi trayectoria terapéutica comenzó desde lo físico a través de la fisioterapia y la osteopatía. Después incluí la parte emocional y mental a través de la psicología. En la Universidad aprendí a tratar muy bien partes fragmentadas de uno mismo, por un lado las emociones, la mente, nuestro subconsciente,  por otro lado el cuerpo fisico pero mi interés siempre se ha enfocado en aquello que no se ve pero que sirve de conexíon de nuestras diferentes partes.

  Fue ahi donde descubri la terapia craneosacral, los registros akásicos, el reiki, las flores de Bach, las terapias esenias, la psicotarología y demás herramientas que me han servido mucho a nivel personal y profesional para poder acceder a las partes más íntimas y sagradas de uno mismo, alli donde reside la causa y también los recursos y la solución de la mayoría de lo que nos ocurre.

 Nuestras células, órganos y las diferentes partes de nuestro cuerpo guardan una memoria sobre las experiencias que hemos vivido y que no hemos integrado. El trabajo sobre esas memorias es una parte central de mi terapia.

Al igual que tu a lo largo de mi camino personal me he encontrado con varias dificultades y muchas veces he necesitado ayuda. Algunas han sido especialmente difíciles desde conflictos familiares, abortos, enfermedades físicas para las que no hay solución médica hasta estar al borde de la muerte.  He tenido la sensación de que el mundo se me caía encima varias veces y que no había ninguna luz. Me he sentido sola y he deseado con todas mis fuerzas encontrar a esa mirada profesional que supiera darme el soporte que tantas veces he necesitado.

En esa búsqueda varios profesionales me han ofrecido su ayuda, pero muchas veces era una ayuda fragmentada. Cuando uno me ayudaba en un tema físico solo se centraba en eso y no podía ver que también había todo un mundo emocional detrás de esa dolencia. De la misma manera cuando he necesitado apoyo emocional a veces no se han tenido en cuenta otras partes de mi historia personal y almica.  Algunos terapeutas han sido realmente importantes en mi vida pero lo que mas me ayudo a salir adelante fue escuchar, comprender y sanar todas esas partes en mi. De hecho, desde mi manera de sentir, en eso consiste la vida desde que llegamos hasta que nos vamos.

Mi enfoque

En mi camino profesional he visto como por ejemplo, mujeres que venían a consulta por desarreglos hormonales, abortos o infertilidad a menudo guardaban una información que conectaba con experiencias traumáticas en relación a la maternidad-sexualidad en sus antepasadas o vidas pasadas. O como por ejemplo mujeres o hombres con una falta de referente sano materno y paterno arrastran una profunda herida con lo femenino y masculino que luego proyectan en sus parejas. Aunque seamos seres individuales formamos parte de algo mas grande como es el alma familiar donde todo se conecta y retroalimenta. Cuando sana uno sanan todos.

Mi camino evolutivo siempre está muy ligado  a la exploración de lo femenino principalmente en las mujeres pero también trabajo con hombres, ya que la energía femenina está en todos nosotros y este es el momento de darle el lugar y el equilibrio adecuado junto a la energía masculina dentro de cada uno de nosotros.

Algunos dicen de mí que soy un poco élfica, y aunque me produce una sonrisa escucharlo lo cierto es que me siento así. Tengo una profunda conexión con la Naturaleza y necesito estar cerca de ella para recargarme. En la Naturaleza he vivido muchas de mis experiencias espirituales más potentes así que para mí es como un templo sagrado al que acudo frecuentemente para nutrirme y sentirme.

Utilizo mis manos para sanar, pero también me encanta trabajar con ellas en otras actividades como tejer o pintar piedras con acuarelas que para mí también son muy sanadoras y me aportan grandes momentos de inspiración.
